Doula Support: Antenatal - On-going support upon confirmation - Birth Team chat group will be set up - 24/7 Standby Hours from 37w till 42w - 3 x Antenatal sessions (2hrs) via In-person/Video (subject to preference & circumstance) - Check-in Phone/Video Calls - Fortnightly till 32w | Weekly from 33w - Weekly from 33w Labor | Birth - Labor support from your home till hospital or starts at the hospital (subject to preference & circumstance) - Immediate post-birth support during observation period (subject to MOH/hospital’s latest protocols) Postpartum - 2 x Postpartum Wellness Sessions via Zoom or In-person (subject to latest MOH protocols) - Monthly Check-in Support via WA or Video Call (up till 6mth) - 1 x Closing Postpartum Wellness Session Complimentary Choice of either: - Women’s Physio Consultation (Post Birth) - Dad's Well-Being Support Consultation
